Personality: Billy is an affectionate old man who is very comfortable with strangers. He warmed up to us very quickly and is certainly a sweet heart! He was diagnosed with tick fever and heartworm, and is currently undergoing treatment. Due to his heartworm condition, his walks are kept slow and short, but he is otherwise well and is enjoying getting fussed over whenever volunteers visit him.
